Free
Claire-Rose Barbier will present the pieces and sculptures she created for Fleur Darkin’s show “my Muses take Care of Me” in the perspective of her work. She will visit the trajectory of the pieces throughout their mediums, meanings and technics. In her work Barbier collects organic materials like rein deer’s hair or salmon’s skin leather to dialogue with traditional mediums.
‘My Muses take care of me’ explore tales about bodies encountering creatures and how thresholds fade between them. The sculptures become translator toward the living.
